Running Resilience Lab is an experiential training to give professionals the skills to facilitate a six session Resilience Lab. The training provides both guidance and resources around the Resilience Lab activities, and a grounding in resilience theory. It is for both professionals looking to run a Resilience Lab, and any professional that could make use of the activities or skills in their working practice with young people.
Through attending this 2 day workshop participants will:
Share and learn from our knowledge and experience to gain a full and comprehensive understanding of the theory and evidence base behind the Resilience Lab
Learn how to develop your own Resilience Lab (or enhance an existing project) by offering effective content that promotes and sustains good mental health
Develop facilitation skills and practical tools to use in delivery of Resilience Lab
Be provided with all the resources and marketing materials necessary to set up, deliver, promote and outcome measure the project in your setting
Our training is particularly well placed for individuals and teams who work directly with young people.
